Would you care to upgrade to the Beta where I fixed a number of crashes and see if it improves matters?
When I tried mOvirt with aSPICE with my oVirt server, what I saw is that because of a security change in Android 11, movirt cannot pass SSL certs to the app anymore. I fixed aSPICE to detect and show that error instead of crashing.

You can choose a fixed resolution in Advanced Settings. The shifting up/down is to allow people to reach the corners of the screen on devices with curved displays. It allows you to temporarily pull the remote screen up/down to click the corner and then shifts back.

For Proxmox, you can use Opaque. I had to build a Proxmox API client, and it didn't make sense to bundle it with the raw SPICE client. This will work with Proxmox if you use a browser like Firefox or Chrome to get a .vv file.
