so cute and even though it's made for younger children I could see myself using in my free time to be more engaged in learning chinese. But maybe the pictures they use to represent the characters could be more clear? Like an arrow pointing to the thing, but then again the app is made for children not me so whatever. Edited

Is it $12.99? Yep. Is it worth it? Well, if you're a native chinese speaker who also immigrated as a kid and never learned to write, this doesn't try to teach you anything but characters, so, it's perfect. I think it might be traditional, not simplified, if that matters.
