Capable yet frustrating It is fairly easy to find products and see inventory levels. My issue is with checking out. Routinely, I get a message that "something went wrong. Contact web support" So I restart the app and find my cart is empty. I go through the entire process again. Get an error, restart, and then it works. The order is processed. I get an email confirming the order. 15 minutes later I get an email nagging me about items in my cart!!

So much lag. Ease of use is 1 star. Layout 1 star. A year later SAME problems. UPDATE: Same problems, everytime I open the app to sign a large promo pops up telling me to download the app I'm already using? Unable to adjust cookie preferences through app The lag is still there When I'm viewing a product from a search or from monthly flyer unable to simply click back and return to my search. Instead I'm taking back to the home page and have to do same search over again. Edited

This sounds like the mobile web view of the desktop site vs. the native mobile app. Can you please check that the mobile app is being launched and not the webview. There should be no menu bar in the upper left corner. If there is then you are viewing the Mobile Web Version of the desktop site.

The app works fine on apple device, for the past year I cannot log in on my andriod. I have updated the app and updated the phone. One I log in the screen blurrs out and the blue circles continues to spin. Please fix it.

Very straightforward operation and accurate inventory. Also love the ability to scan items when in-store so I don't have to bug the guys until I'm ready to check out.

I keep getting NAGGED every time I use the ADI mobile website to download this app. The banner is not able to be closed and takes up HALF OF THE SCREEN. This is so unacceptable! Not everyone wants your damn app! Some people prefer to not download a damn app for every web service they use! A company as big as ADI should of known better, and for that, you get my honest review.
