The app has a bug: you can't make a purchase if your basket has a sold out item but you also cannot delete any sold out items from your basket (this option is greyed out when you editing your basket). This issue has been reported here but nothing was done to fix it. Basically, anyone who ever added an item to their basket that later was sold will not be able to make any purchases at all. I tried to clear cache, and to reinstall the app, but that hasn't resolve the problem.

after installing the recent update, the app is always crashing. i can't browse through the app anymore as the app is constantly showing connection errors. same problem while adding items to the basket. i rechecked my internet connection and other apps. all are working perfectly. i also tried re-installing the app, but it did not work.

I have just placed an order on a rabbit stuff toy and was a bit confused about the identification number asked as it does not accept anything I keyed in. After I removed the request for invoice, it worked without a hitch. Have yet to receive the stuff toy. Was actually looking for an older version from 11 years ago. My daughter inherited this from her brother and was a constant companion. She chose it for its soft material but "not too soft" according to her. Hopefully,this is a close version.

my favourites disappeared and I believe this happens when they become out of stock. I would like to be able to still see them even when they are out of stock, just with a note confirming they are not available.

App is running good, but online shopping is prepostrous. They always send you slightly damaged items, but final drop is when they sent damaged customised item, knowing it cannot be returned/asked for refund. Never buying anything again.
