COMPLETE SCAM — STAY AWAY! They charged my card instantly, then left my order "pending" for 8 DAYS with no progress. Support pretends to help but gives the same excuse: "technical issues" and "high order volume" — no timeline, no solution. I even offered to pick it up myself — they refused. Canceled the order, still waiting on a refund. Extremely frustrating experience. Avoid this app at all costs! Edited

Everytime I face a different problem during checkout. The app is updated and still I can not choose a store location for delivery. If you try to go to the website it sends you directly to this app.... This is an endless torture.

I've ordered three 6 different coloured items and received all of the same color. Afterwards checked my order and noticed that all of the same colors were added to the basket. It is a major flaw in the app. Also typing my credit card details is awful, have to press same letter few times to be added...

The App works well. the only issue i experienced was when adding item to shopping bag and then visiting the bag showing those item as "sold out" items. even though they are again chooseable but the system does not update their status immediately. Secondly i miss the size guide. e.g. i choose a pants, but i don't see anywhere any size guide. the only hint i receive is " the modell is 184 cm and is wearing size M" that is rhe only reference. as the new customer for now comparing this shop to the competition on the market... it stands pretty low 1. from user experience on the app- difficult fill in options. 2. customer service in case of difficulties- very very bad- automated answers, dropping out of the chat before resolving a problem- took me 2 hours to chat, during which they dropped out 3 times, every time asking me for the same details. Big waste of time, energy and nerves.
