I'm loving this app, it's great! But it's only getting 2 stars from me because I can't add symptoms to the diary that aren't already listed, like inflamed nasal passages, headaches, or ear pressure. My doctor wants me to track my symptoms and allergens to see if they're connected, and this app is almost perfect for that – I've been looking for something like this forever! It would be 5 stars if it had that extra feature. Plus, those weather maps are way too confusing. Edited

Thanks for the feedback! You can add several additional symptoms to the list from the diary page (using the person icon at the top right) including sinus congestion and headache. We'll add ear pressure to the symptom list in our next release. Please email us if there's anything else we can do to help!

1 star simply because it's subscription based if you don't want ads. can't purchase it right away so I'll delete it right away. I'm tired of the system trying to drain every penny from me for no good reason.

Hey Scott – I get it. Unfortunately real-time data is expensive to offer, and as a solo dev I pay out of pocket for servers, forecasts, map tiles, etc. Ads help cover costs so the app stays 100% free to use. The optional sub removes all ads and is cheaper than most competitors. Ads can also be hidden for the day by watching a rewarded video ad.

I had a very serious allergy attack this past fall 2023. I went to a emergency clinic to get medical help. After getting rid of this issue I found this app and it has helped me to avoid activities that would cause this issue to come back! I highly recommend it.

highly inaccurate data, when a local asthma and allergy clinic shows pollen conditions that are extremely high (1,200+) and these guys say that it's low. baloney! I will go to the website for my accurate information, thanks.

Hi Joanne, please reach out to [email protected] and I'd be happy to add your allergy clinic data to the app! The data you're seeing is likely a pollen estimate based on satellite imagery and weather data (from AccuWeather) - while this is considered "industry standard" unfortunately it's less reliable than actual pollen counts.

It sounds like your location provided estimated pollen concentrations from AccuWeather. Unfortunately forecasting pollen, like the weather, is prone to inaccuracies. We try to offer as much data as possible, including estimated concentrations (rather than an arbitrary index like 7/10), and we try to be as transparent as possible about our data.
