Used the app to track and get the Marseille hop on bus tour audio. Would just stop working mid story, and would fIl to recognize locations on route. Glad it was a free app, still not worth the data charges to download it.... The hop on bus is another story too...

Charged my credit card for a bus tour in Lyon then failed to deliver a ticket or even confirmation. Useless help desk that claims to reply immediately but doesn't. Pay on the bus and do not waste time & effort on this app. There is onboard audio so this app is not required for the audio tour. Edited

Doesn't work at all - Given link for petit train tour round Rouen. Doesn't work - qr code links to a tour but hitting start just asks for the qr code again, and back to the beginning.

Had to use the app in Lyon. As tour bus system was not operating. The app seemed to work fine in French but useless in English. Tried to reinstall but nil vales

Terrible. Google play has frozen my payment for no obvious reason. I have provided document as requested by them. They haven't fixed this and won't respond
