I love the chosen and I love that the app is free to watch. what I find annoying is how often the same [promotion video?] plays at the beginning of each episode. it would be fine if it was a different one, but it plays even when I get out of an episode and come back later. having a ad video play before is tedious when I just wish to watch the series.

This show is fantastic and well produced. My only complaint is how the app is coded in regards to casting to a tv. It doesn't let you cast until the promotion finishes playing, then it plays the promotion again. Then, if you accidentally swipe down to minimize the cast screen, it stops casting. Could that be fixed? Everything else is fantastic

Streaming is not as seamless as it used to be in the old app. I have to recast to my Chromecast after each episode (doesn't stay connected). Also, my preference for CC is no longer saved (I have to re-select it for every single episode). Please allow me to keep captions ON by default... I'm hard of hearing and always will be unless God heals me so I need captions! Thanks! :)

This is a wonderful app! I was very excited to start watching, and watching episode 1 went perfectly, but before I started episode 2, somehow all of the language switched to Polish in audio. I have nothing against Polish people, I just don't speak Polish, But there is no other option left! In the comments on the episode, a lot of other people are having the same problem. I'm sure it's just a glitch, but it's definitely annoying! I want to enjoy more of season 1 of this amazing show!

Nothing against the show itself, but this app has a lot of bugs and glitches. Just scroll through the comments for any of the shows and you'll see a lot of people having troubles with no clear way of contacting the app for help or alerting them to the need for fixes. Right now, for example, almost every comment on the video I tried to watch is of users unable to access the show in English. There is some sort of language dubbing glitch. It is making the app practically unusable.
