9/5/22 Game is great. App is trash. Have to open and close it 3 times to get it to load. Anytime you recall support or have more than 10 incomings it's always "loading" and loses connection until you restart it. Even switching between villages to fast confuses it and you have to restart the app. 5/31/25 no change, still terrible connection problems. 4G, 5G, or WiFi, doesn't matter. Still have to open and close the app to do a few things at a time before it starts lagging and can't connect. Edited

App continues to crash constantly, can't maintain a log in even connected to wifi. Makes the game unplayable unless your at home in front of your PC. Which is crazy cause it's just a browser game... App seems good so far for the game. Although some of my friends can't seem to download it. Not sure if it needs to be updated for their system or not. Edited

Mixed emotions for this game. Customer service is fast but not helpful. The app crashes glitches and loads alot. I needed some help with the glitches that were happening with attacks of player villages and the representative was like, " This is a game mechanism and not a bug or something else. Unfortunately beginner protection cannot be recovered once it's lifted (for any reason)." All the best, Viele Grüße. I am disappointed of how they act to players that actually enjoy playing this game.

I was very involved in the original TW 10 years ago so I'm very happy to see the improvements put into TW2 and the mobile integration. The app works as expected so far with only minor UI complaints. Edited - upped stars. Please show world URL in app settings to reduce confusion when switching to browser. My account was invalid on the en. site because it was created on the us. site. Edited

On newer phones this app just spins regardless of the connection, wifi or not. You literally have to load it 10 times to get a hopefully stable connection before it spins on you again trying to open a report or a mail. Being a vet of the game this is really sad to see. The app is good for getting notifications and then it's 100x less stressful to jump on a PC instead.
