I cannot understand the poor reviews or their reasons. Changing the language took a few clicks and less than 10 seconds. Log in procedure was just as easy and then I had access to my IMED medical records including the invoices. Verifying my mobile phone also just took seconds so I am very impressed with the app. I was further impressed by the personal attention that I received at the Teulada facility. Top notch operation as far as I am concerned.

Very poor app, I logged in on a new phone and it would not pick up my medical record or allow me to book appointments at my regular centre in Gandia. Also it does not function, I went to appointment made by phone and would not work when I was in the waiting room. It said no appointments !!. The app shows an incorrest phone number even though the correct one is on the database and it does not show Gandia No response from the developer since having problems so seemingly they are not interested! Edited

The app has recently become almost useless because the data is in the wrong places and there is no access to information on doctor visits or lab results. When the app is working correctly, it is a really good resource but that is currently not the situation.
