Will not remain connected to device. Takes multiple attempts after crash to restart app. App crashes during every use, sometimes a few seconds sometimes a few minutes. App disrupts audio playback if just used as a controller for sound and equalizer, and not using it as the source for audio play. When it is working properly, it's fantastic. But that's a whopping 30% of the time, if I'm lucky.

This app turned a great system into a nearly worthless radio. Before it would immediately connect via Bluetooth and work flawless. Now this app is required to use it. Good luck getting it to work. It's constantly failing, shutting down, won't stream Amazon music, and I've only had it work once since the app. You can't use your normal functions anymore either. You have to open the worthless app to change anything. I'm truly disappointed how they screwed up a good thing.

User unfriendly! Trying to connect my phone. When I try to Bluetooth it, my phone says it needs the app. I tried hooking it up with aux cord, my music played, but I still can't hook it up wirelessly. The app gives no instructions, just tells me that my speaker is not connected but no option to hook it up. Got my tablet to hook up with Bluetooth, no app!

S22 app crashes consistently within a few seconds of opening, this also happened on s20 as well It seems to have had this problem for a couple years with no help from the manufacturer. Edit: after recent update, it seems to work as described, now 5 stars! once again s24, consistently freezes and crashes and will not pair second speaker. you'd think from a huge speaker company this wouldn't be such an issue. apparently an app that works is too much to ask for in 2025. Love being able to use this for my different Bluetooth speakers and have my music with me everywhere! That being said...having lots of issues with the app continously crashing. Have checked and applied all updates and it still continues to happen. Would be the highest rating if not for that.
