Loading time is very long or occasionally freeze while was opening the app. Battery management system in the phone asked to put the app in deep sleep due to continue crashing in the background. Notification stopped working since last updated. I have tried to clear cache, turn on and off the notification in setting, logout and login, uninstall and reinstall the app. None of those help. horrible. ever since the new update it lags my phone and then freezes and shuts down when trying to upload videos/images.

All of a sudden stopped working on my android. I tried multiple times switching wifi's, installing and uninstalling app , turning on and off my phone I even performed a factory reset and this STILL won't work. My job depends on this as the dealership tracks us and I cannot send a single video literally all of a sudden.

This is the an awesome simple (on the clients side) straightforward system and increased our communication with our customers 200%. Customers really enjoy text messaging! The staff at Kimoby are easy to work with and always work to find a solution if a problem arises. BUT I admit I have had ZERO issues with Kimoby and I try to find them to get better rates ;) Great product to increase communication and save time.

Was working great while using camera from phone. Now don't have access to phone. Uses camera on Kimoby app. Recommend adding flash light and pause feature which was accessible through camera on phone.
