The functionality of the app is very limited. All notifications are delayed many hours and sometimes 1-2 days, rendering them useless. There's no ability to edit or delete senders. There are no instructions at all. It is not focused on business customers. I recommend an overhaul of the app, or create a seperate app for businesses. Despite that, I continue to use their services because they're reliable and economical. I just let the girls in the office do all the work instead of using the app.

The app useless for Traveling. This is an integral part of your business; but it seems those in charge don't care about the people like me who use the bus service for traveling. For the past 2 years and especially now. It is almost impossible to book a travel on the app. I downloaded the most recent app a few hours ago.....and it is only set up for package service, nowhere is there a clear path to book a travel destination. I just uninstalled the app because it is useless for traveling.

Every time they upgrade this app, it's getting worse and, worse, not better. So, I downloaded the app to book a ticket because it's impossible to get through to an agent over the phone. I realized you can't book a ticket anymore. It's all about packages. Before, you had the option to book a ticket, but it doesn't always work, so I was trying again to see if it works. This app is useless it always freezes, too, and it makes no sense at all. Edited

It es all about packages now and not us as passengers travelling. Remove the points system without a care. This difference es a gap in modernisation. Get your thing together.
