I had this app for over a year, with a free subscription. I had only 1 board that I used. Then with no notice, it changed to a paid subscription only. I could not even see the information that I entered in the first place! So, in order to get those notes I typed, I had to pay for a month subscription, just to copy MY info and immediately cancel. Sketchy business practices at best. It was nice to have things in one place, but not nice enough I'd pay for it.

This app is so freaking amazing!! I mirror everyone else who has an android that this app falls short when it comes to using the Boards app to add images. I have friends who have iPhones and this app is a lifesaver and works seamlessly with the text AND images. This app can add images to a FB post if you select the images first then choose share to FB, but when doing it this way you lose the schedule functionality which is what I need to work my business efficiently. If you add text first the schedule function works but then you can't add images from an Android. Please, please, please develop a release where it is fully functional for Android phones where you can add text AND images AND still have the schedule functionality and I'll give it 10 stars :)! I love the functionality but it is hard to use it without running into loading issues. I have un-installed and followed all steps but the keyboard function won't work. I have paid account and when looking for new features, it shows I need to upgrade to business. Even other plans page won't load. Tried on desktop, my subscription page won't even open and is in this constant loop. I wish they can have a support phone line to talk to.

I USED to love AND recommend this app, but since it's gone from 3 free boards down to 1 SHARED board, it's completely USELESS for me. Before it went down to 3 boards, I went through the dozens of shared ones that I had in order to combine them as best I could. I don't use any of the shared boards anymore (only the one that I created) and it's so frustrating. At least my phone has an option to lock clipboard info... FOR FREE... so I guess I'll use that now instead.

We're sorry about your experience. The free trial provides access to premium features, but after it ends, features like creating/accessing unlimited Boards require an upgrade to the Business version. Update: With a very prompt response and help from the boards team my app is working again!! Thank you!! I can't seem to get a Board shared with me to show up on my Boards app. I have before. But today, every time I try, it takes me back to the app store to uninstall.. very frustrated 😠 not sure what I'm doing wrong!! Help. Edited
