With the change to the new app, things are really not working as intended. It has become so bad that the even the app itself now gets stuck on the loading screen (meaning I can't check my balance on prepaid/data) . What's even worse is that this new app charges you double if you plan on buying data from it! Not only do I pay 1,99 for 1GB of data, but an additional 1,99 gets deducted from my prepaid amount. Unacceptable! The only reason I'm using this is because I'm abroad right now.

It keeps forgetting your phone number, making it so you have to authenticate again which is very slow. The top-up page doesnt work: it's empty with no options. There are no warnings if your bundles are nearly empty. I've had prepaid for a long while now, amd the quality hasn't changed. Kpn doesn't use resources to improve the app. This seems to be in stsrk contrast with their usual services.

App is incredibly slow and buggy. You have to authenticate too many times with your phone number (why not once?) Authentication text is very slow. Loads information from the internet while navigating to a different screen/page EVERYTIME. Occasionally just crashes and shows error codes to the user. App is meant to do one thing and makes said thing way more tedious than needed

By far the worst prepay app I've ever used (I travel globally, and buy SIM cards in many countries). Extremely limited functionality for starters. And top-up doesn't work: it hangs, then sends a message that SMS top-up is not possible because "you have reached the limit" without saying what limit, *and* I'm not trying to top up using SMS. On top of the shockingly badly designed and coded app, KPN has very few prepaid options compared to typical service providers, and they are expensive. AVOID!

The app keeps forgetting my phone number and login details, which makes it increadibly painful to use. Please fix this, I'm using this for my pre-paid sim in my laptop and only need to activate it once in a while. Since the laptop modem cannot receive SMS I always have to build-out the Sim card and put it in a phone to register the app again. That's super annoying! Update: The current version (19. November) still has the issue. Just got kicked out and need to log in. Edited

Op 19 november hebben we een update in Google Play gezet die stabieler moet werken. Heb je de update al geïnstalleerd en ervaar je een verbetering?
