Very good but... Dark theme (system based). And I know, it is an enterprise oriented app. But make it consumer friendly like... Backup account or some export options... Update 1: I insist on the idea to make this also consumer oriented. Just a way to export account similar to Google Authenticator or a sync account. It would be great to use an Authenticator solution form Eset instead of others. Edited

It is easier on my personal resources (phone) and me to just use recovery codes. The least that could be offered it the use of hardware keys if you won't allow other well-known widely-trusted options (Microsoft, Duo Security, etc). It's less of a headache to just move on at the renewal period.

Enabled my fingerprint for easy authentication and now unable to authenticate anymore coz the app fails to launch the the on-screen fingerprint sensor and I got locked out. Unreliable app. Trying to get the corporate IT to reset my account 🤦🤦

Very unstable and it is very common that the 2FA request doesn't show up in the app. Using one-time codes is a work around but not really how it is supposed to work. When it works as it should it is convenient.
