DO NOT BOOK appointments via the app. It lets you, and it looks official & confirmed, but the office told me it "doesn't sync with their system" and I wasn't actually assigned a nurse. They go through and reconcile this ***the day before*** at which time you might get your appointment canceled. I am at the mercy of the waitlist even though I thought I reserved my spot 2 months ago. I have a really difficult schedule right now so that sucks. Frustrated that this app is allowed to be used at all.

Everytime I try to access the Laser Love benefits it crashes.

Booking using the app is still buggy. 1)it isnt showing all of my procedure pkgs that are available (ie. New procedure pkgs purchased via a call with a LaserAway rep) and will only let me book pkgs that I have previously booked before. 2) the schedules do not seem up to date when I try to book using the app. It allowed me to book a time slot that the location actually did NOT have available. I had to actually call in to be able to book & was told the days/times were invalid. Edited

The app did not work on my phone. When I came to the screen to type in my zip code, the keypad kept disappearing so it was impossible to type anything in. I connected an external keyboard, but that didn't work either.

I can't find any useful information on the app. I also think the prices are ridiculous in store. If I'm told something will last three months; it needs to last a long timeor I should have it redone at their expense, not mine. Stop just trying to sell, sell, sell, and actually give me what I need and stand behind your products.
