I love Lashify's product. LOVE! But the app AND the website are both terrible. They have been changed a few times, always saying it will be better, but then it's worse. Not user friendly At All. So frustrating when all I want is to get more product, and keep giving up and walking away. Please get a pro to build you a great USER FRIENDLY app and website once and for all!

I love lashify products but this app needs lots of work. Updating my subscription box is like pulling teeth, there's always an error message when I try to change the items. When I'm actually able to select items you have to scroll through a long list of lashes, literally all the lashes in all the sizes 😒 Another issue is the cart, if you click on a map it adds lashes to the cart and won't let you remove them.. I don't feel comfortable leaving things in the cart after closing the app.

I love love love Lashify but it is almost impossible to sign in the app. There's always an error. After many tries I haven't been successful, so I have to go back to the web page and order through there. I wish they could work on the app for android phones. Update 2025: still not able to ope the app😔 Edited

It could be good but it's just poorly made. Make sure you are ordering and putting together luxe boxes on the actual website because anything you do on the app won't be saved and you'll receive the wrong order. The images are often the wrong size and look weird on this app. Also, not really a resource in any way. Ideally there'd be a vast collection of lash maps but on the app there's 3 or 4 and they're all very similar. Swing and a miss so far, hopefully someone is fixing app and site.
