Adding links to a new service issue is formatted confusingly, with the plus button in the header itself. The layout is overall very confusing for maintenance to use. It should be much simpler and intuitive, while still maintaining full capability. This app is the bane of Rent Manager. It's so non-intuitive to use for our maintenance techs, please redo the app!!! Edited

This app is just as much garbage as the other one. Every week when I go to edit work orders there is inevitably an issue, either the login won't work or it won't pull up the work orders. It's extremely maddening that my company won't switch to a different system as this one is absolutely terrible. It is damn near useless. Update: 5/26/21 Still a garbage app. Works for a few days, then says wrong username/ password even though I log on to the desktop with the exact same credentials. Edited

I have been unable to make phone calls for the last 6 months. Usually I just get kicked out to the phone even though I select RM to complete the call. More recently RM tries to make the call and I just get "there was an error." Just now I got "cannot set 4 as the current line since another line is already current". Tried reintal.Loading times are extremely long and the system wants to reload every time I type a single letter. I liked the old app so much better and even that one was only 3 stars. Edited

This app is a big upgrade over the previous version! We're really enjoying all of the added convenience, the data presented, the ability to search and call contacts, the integration with rmVOIP is a fantastic new addition. One gripe so far - we'd realllly like the ability to be able to paste numbers into the dialer. Update: Few weeks later and they've added copy & paste to dialer! 5-stars! Thanks LCS Edited

App does not resize itself and information is jumbled and overlapping which makes it very difficult to use or see tenant information . We cannot text or call thru app anymore. The app frequently crashes and I constantly have to put in corporate ID and login info. The app is definitely NOT what is was 2 years ago. It appears to be going backwards instead of forward with improvements . Edited
