I pay enough for an outdated apartment that always has issues. Now with this new payment app, I'm paying an additional $6.95 convenience fee(not a convenience for me). The app is easy to use once set up but when will hard working people stop being gouged to death by more & more $$$ being paid out??? Pay wages don't go up at a fast enough rate to keep up with all the increases.

Not too keen on the functionality of the app. E.g., at least at my end, I couldn't manually change what I see to be an error in my home address zip code. Secondly, there is not much or anything in the way of statement like receipts of the rent payments paid - in the apps 'Transactions' area. And nothing either has been uploaded by the app's people or by the property manager client of the app - in the 'Documents'area. There could be handy and important documents put in there. Edited

would give more because the interface is simple and the ability to use this app is pretty straight forward. what I don't enjoy is the inability to partially pay down the balance but instead you have to either pay more than or the same amount as the balance shown. if partial paying was a thing it would be higher.

the online payment takes at least 3 days to be received and at most a week. not to mention that the options to select a specific card from your bank are not available, so I have to transfer my payment to the original card I had 1st gotten with the bank account. not to mention the timing overlaps with the payment dates so you could get fined for not paying on time when in reality you had sent it 3 days ago, so I don't see how this wold of been any beter than just using a noncommercial pay system.

It's okay. Would be nice if I could see a ledger on my side, open request ticket info about issues and even add notes to said issue tickets. Also, it's be nice if when you submit a ticket maintenance ciuld y'know ACTUALLY SEE WHAT APARTMENT IT CAME FROM. Annoying app to use and should be much better considering the money that is sunk into it from the companies who use it. Edited
