FRUSTRATED!!! I love this game, BUT for the last couple of days it is constantly freezing up and then just going off the game entirely. Using up all my things that I use to play with and not giving me my points. I have reported this issue before in the past, but it is happening more and more. When it DOES work properly I spend a lot of money on this game. And yes, I have reset my phone. Uninstalled and re-installed the app numerous times, just today, and it does not help. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE!!

it's easy in the beginning, and gets gradually more difficult. You don't need internet. it's a good idle game for when you just need something to do with your hands. I re-download it every time I get a new phone. I love it, my kids like it, even my grandmother plays it when I'm doing her hair. it's a great time killer and uses limited brain power. Try it. You'll like it.

I've been playing this game for ages-I've suffered the same issues all the recent reviewers mention. I get kicked out of game every 2-3 games and game closes, multiplier gets "sketchy" in that the screen hitches/jumps so I lose the multiplier, endless ads, etc. I keep playing because I love my team-we've become good friends. Please don't bother responding that I should contact you so you can look into it. Been there, done that, no help. My advice- if you're not already invested, avoid this game

Update: freezes constantly. Hasn't worked right in two weeks. Cleared app cache. Restarted. Did everything support suggested and still not working. I've accumulated a ton of coins. What a waste. ‐------ Fun but buggy constantly. Lost my team chest last week. It just disappeared when the game was over. Commercials freeze. Too many bugs. You can't contact support without accessing email on your device which I don't. They should have a form that just goes to them. Edited

Update 6/15: This game is glitching so bad now that it freezes about every 2-6 seconds. It is constant throughout the whole level. It's very hard to play this way. The items just float in the air or it doesn't let me pick them up at all. For a game that's developed in the US, this is outrageous! I'm probably going to uninstall it now and find a different one that works better. Sorry, I tried. Edited
