Since the new administration took over at 11Pets, and all. of the "improvements"(that's a total joke!) took place, I hardly ever use it. I was offered a lifetime membership with the previous regime and honestly, it's not worth it! I invested so much time and energy entering data and it was VERY EASY TO USE! It was intuitive! Support was very quick and my improvement recommendations were actually put to use. NOTHING INTUITIVE, EASY OR LOGICAL about the current version!! Σας ευχαριστώ για ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!

Since the "upgrade," the app has been awful. I searched for a long time for an app that would track all my pets special food, medications, and treatments. I loved the app before. It was customizable and exactly what I needed in 1 app. Then they upgraded to this new version. I paid a "lifetime subscription" but only for a newer version that didn't convert all my info over properly and didn't allow as many functions as I had before. I don't recommend.

It used to be great, but changed a few years ago and I moved to another app. This says it can track nutrition info so tried it again but there is no way to do anything close to that. Regarding food tracking, look elsewhere if you want anything more than a timestamp saying fed and a note. Behavior tracking is also limited to 6 generic things (shy, sad, happy, etc) that you cannot edit. They say the update was to help shelters, which is great, but don't advertise stuff the app can't do.

Sadly not customisable. I'd be willing to pay an affordable fee if this app was customisable per individual. I was using it for a range of species. So when I would put "trim nails" for my dog, suddenly I would receive notifications to trim the nails on my aquarium. I would make a task of doing pond maintenance, which I would then be notified to do for my rabbit. Deleting tasks would cause them to delete in other places, which was not ok.

Information is entered in a very "databasey" and challenging manner. The same information can be entered in multiple places, some of the locations can't be extracted into any of the "sharing" reports. DO NOT PUT WEIGH INTO APP! Any weight entered is converted into the wrong weight on "shareable" petsitter report. I reported problem and of course the fix is always an update away. (After 2 updates ii give up) I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Poor experience all around!
