For about 2 months on woo, 3.0 freestyle sessions synchronization does not work. Gives an error 403 - postings of freestyle sessions currently unavailable. I contacted support, they replied that they would fix it within a week. As a result, a couple of months have passed and still nothing works. Edited

Terrible bought a woo 3.0 that broke after 3 months. Now I have a 4.0 that doesn't record session properly. I contacted the support two days ago with follow ups and radio silence no one bothered to reply. woo you need to up your game the product is very expensive and customer experience is terrible. Edited

Just got my woo a week ago and used it for three kiting sessions. Everything about it is perfect. It's definitely worth checking out the Pro (paid) version of the app for more insights to learn more and really use it as a coach. Not giving it 5 stars because it's definitely lacking a web version to be able to see everything on a big screen like Garmin Connect for example. Keep up the great work.

I downloaded the Woo Sports app for Android, and I am greeted with the login screen. Since I don't have an account I pressed to create a new one. Once I filled out my email address, name, password fields it does not proceed further. It says 'Connection Reset' and nothing happens. Unfortunately, I cannot even create an account to start using the app. It seems this app is not well suited for Android users. Edited

Does the basics reasonably well. Logs you out when there's no reception so that's a major pain in remote locations. Did ask me for the activation thing after I'd been using it for a couple of weeks. Disappointed they didn't put a GPS chip in the woo3 so you have to take your phone and as it needs reception it can't be an old cheapie phone like I use for surfr. If I'd know the limitations with the woo and having to take a phone and pay extra for pro features I'd have stayed with the surfr app.
