I've found that the easiest way to reach customer service for apps is to leave a review here. lately, I've encountered what I think is a glitch that seems to stunt your apps performance. after swiping left or right on a few, Match seems to auto swipe (usually left) several people, people I would have liked to have looked at the profiles. This glitch has been disappointing and leaves me using match less cause my ability to match with interesting people is somewhat prohibitive thanks to this.

STAY AWAY! Someone likwd my profile, and messaged me. it wont show me their profile or anything without me paying. Getting really tired of the app glitching through profiles. You like or dismiss one, then it will show a profile and then show a different one instead. Sometimes it doesn't stop there and cycles through 10 or so before it let's you actually decide. Edited

Has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the platform offers a large pool of users & helpful features, I found that the quality of connections didn’t always align with my stated preferences. The matching algorithm could be more refined to better suit individual criteria & compatibility. There’s also a need for stronger filters & better communication tools to foster more meaningful connections. It’s not a bad experience—but it could be a much better one with more updates

The catfishes are out. Beware! Too many distracting bells and whistles. So many features pop up that distract from what you want to do. It's stressful enough to do online dating. Match is a master of nickle and diming you. I want to cancel my Match Phone because it wasn't working properly. But I can cancel it, but it won't give me a refund?! Absurd. Don't do it!! Edited

Zero stars. Search is totally broken on Android ... toggling between Newest First, Activity Date, Distance, etc freezes the displayed search results. Scrolling on search page also freezes up. No way I'm paying this much for this bad experience. Match hides your best matches behind a paywall requiring EVEN MORE MONEY to message them! I bet 50%+ of accounts are inactive, with no way to filter them out. Match used to be great but now it's just another cash grab 😢 Edited
