doesn't let you save any likes unless you post a revealing photo, without any privacy options. I would pay for a membership if it hidden and private options were better explained. App only let me like one person, insisting upload a close-up photo before allowing me to like more than one photo/profile. I took time to write a message to that person and the app wouldn't let me send it. too buggy!

Complete scam!!! Expensive and too many fake profiles. First, you pay for a subscription and get 150 credits. And then, you get disgusted with the many fake profiles. Then, if you do find someone legit, within a couple of hours of using the app, you're out of "credits". To reply to a chat, you have to buy more credits. I bought the cheapest pack -- 20 credits for $30. After a FEW chat response, you have to buy more credits. 500 credits is $360. Also, no way to hide you're on so people call.

Customer Service is NONEXISTENT!!!! I paid for the upgrade and STILL couldn't do anything. It is very expensive for NOTHING!!! I specified that I wanted people in my state, they gave me everywhere but. I've been trying to cancel and get a refund but they said they are going to continue to bill me until 1/11/26. So I'm paying for something I can't use!!!

The site can be very frustrating. I should have read all the reviews before joining. Many days, I am locked out of the site. It states, "Try again later," when I try to log back in the app. During chats, it notifies me of a new message, but it doesn't come through until much later. At that point, the context of the chat is lost, frustrating both parties. Ourtime, you need to fix all the technical glitches or you won't have any customers soon, including me. Edited

Matching is haphazard and not based on preferences. Only a couple of matches resulted in a conversation. I spoke to someone and asked for help cancelling my membership. They never followed my instructions and I was charged for another term. Contacted customer service for reimbursement and was told no, even though I had the emails with the person who was supposed to cancel my account. I asked to appeal that decision and customer service never responded again. Total rip off. Waste of $$.
