First time I ever used it, they had come out with parts of the original picture cut off. I talked to then, once they git to see they asked me to reorder the pics, and they gave them to me fixed and ready to go so quickly. Customer service was with a smile, and done quickly. I think the sight has been modified inabling that not to happen again. Love my pictures!!!

I am changing my review....although it took a couple of weeks for customer support to get back with me over an issue trying to correct my address. It was too late to correct it. My photos had already been shipped but they did refund my money...so i would definately order from them again...i just think they need someone to monitor their emails and messeges on social media (Instagram & Facebook) regularly because that is the only way customers can contact them in case their are issues. Absolutely easy and no wait in a long line. Pick my social media platform my photograph is on, select photo, and choose print size. Then I place my order and get the total cost of what I owe when I pick up my photography. When done ordering I get a receipt with my order number. As simple as a click and on my way. Thanks for the ease of this app.

Thought I'd give this app a try. Spent an hour on the app editing photos. It kept telling me that there wasn't a store in the area to select to print. I've been printing my photos at the same Walmart for years. I had my location on. Literally found Walmart on the map, but it wouldn't let me select. Had to scrap all my editing. Not happy.

Terrible. That about sums it up. The app itself is great - easy access to all kinds of photos from different social media accounts. But the prints are absolutely terrible. Blurry. The color is totally off. The pictures are unusable. I understand that photos on my social media accounts are stored in a lower resolution but the app should have rejected some of them or suggested a smaller print size.
