pretty good did not ask me to sign up or show me ads , before I even got to use the app. worked ok. Second time I uploaded the same file, it's not generating the captions and is blank. It's not generating captions at all after multiple retries, and I don't even see the subtitles options, after the video is uploaded. I have uploaded 4 times and later cleared the storage data of the app as well Nothing is working. Edited

App hasn't worked right - I even signed up for subscription hoping it'd fix the issue. I have the latest version app on both my Android phone and my iPad. On the android, the gold text comes up black, and the video stops playing after a few seconds. On the iPad, while the gold text is ok and the video plays ok, the video is added up-side down. I feel I can't win with this one....was really hoping to like this app as I really love the gold text feature - goes really well with my brand. When I click to contact support, nothing happens.

So, I have an Android and I understand that not all features on iOS are on Android, but it's really annoying how some pictures I've recently downloaded, I can't upload or don't show up as an option to upload. I've been uploading 9:16 aspect ratio pictures that seemed to work for the past couple of weeks and I can edit and everything, but now it's not working. Please fix it, thanks.

App is challenging to use and is too high bandwidth to operate on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24). Videos show as still images because the app cannot render them, making it practically impossible to trim with simplicity unless you have multiple hours to invest per reel waiting for it to process. Worst, however, is the app's rendering capability for final products. Completed reels save to your device glitchy and unsmoothe. You will not be able to create products you are happy with.

very useful app and very good investment of money. it permits you to do everything you ever want with your subtitles: move, paint, change font. as well they have a lot of useful features to make videos
