Issues with tracking points at first, resolved after numerous updates and reinstallations and help from support. Now I've got enough points to cash out a voucher I'm just getting a generic "sorry we weren't able to do that" error and support email has been silent for over a week now.

Honestly this app is great. I've never had problems with receiving my gift cards even though I occasionally see other people saying it takes them ages-for me it takes anywhere from less than an hour to a day. The only problem is that it drains your battery but that's going to be expected from an app that constantly runs in the background. I've made over £100 in giftcards using this app so it's honestly worth downloading. I just wish there were more gift card options or even the options.

Ive been on THX for years and the app is ran fantastically . I do however think im doing something wrong as in february I literally added 1500 points in 1 month. Ive checked my settings and can't find any issues.

I loved this app, until I had an error when redeeming gift cards. I contacted support and got a very helpful email back, but unfortunately this didn't solve my issue. I replied to that email and sent other requests for help, however I received no help. Their Instagram and Facebook hasn't been updated since July...not sure what's going on

I am not able to redeem gift card, contacted the support multiple times- they don't reply. I am in the same country as registered (UK). There is No VPN . I have already sent screenshot to email - no one replied.
