I started the 7 day free trial and forgot to cancel so ended up paying 5.99 for the month. I canceled the subscription so I wouldn't be charged for the next month and it canceled my subscription immediately and didn't refund me and I can't access the content because it says my account is inactive. Basically I was charged for a month and unable to watch anything. Terrible app.

I love documentaries. I have the history channel app and sign in with a cable provider to watch stuff. I hoped this would have the same shows but no commercials. The selection is limited. Could use a feature to turn off auto play, make subtitles an option for the whole app instead of per episode, a what's new and what's coming section, what's popular now, and so much more. My first couple times using the app I thought the app froze on the banner but it's a loading screen, add loading animation Edited

No auto play for watching series, e.g. Modern Marvels. Does not effectively pick up in the same spot when stopping and picking up again later. Simple functions like pause/play sometimes do not work, forcing you to open and use something like Google Home to make it do what you want. On top of that, the service lacks a lot of the shows I was hoping to find from back when The History Channel was actually good.

I don't see an option on the mobile app(Android) to create or add to a playlist. It is easy on the app on my roku, and should be the same across the board, but either isn't or I'm not finding it. Another issue iso my Roku I can't get any of your videos to play without frequent buffering even though every other streaming service iuse works fine on the same TV and same internet connection. I desperately want to use your app and watch your videos, but I can't due to these problems. Pleeeeeasee help

The content is quality however the app itself could use some upgrades. Sometimes it doesn't always remember where you are and when you go to search for the show so you can browse the different episodes and get back to it the show doesn't always show up. Notice I'm still giving them a five star. The other thing is it doesn't give the full screen capability unless you turn your phone on mobile. Full screen works well on laptop though
