App takes forever to upload photos. Don't make a mistake because it will wait until it's the end of your shift, and you're sending in all the data to find out that there is a problem. Don't get me started on how pictures just disappear out of thin air. By the way, if your phone times out while it's uploading the pics, you'll have to start the process all over again. This app is horrible.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles. Photo upload speed is limited only by your data connection and the size/quantity of photos in a form submission. Lower resolution photos from your device could help speed that up. Please reach out to:
[email protected] to discuss further, including disappearing images. We've not seen that.

The one thing that is glaringly missing is dark mode. Those of us who work at night or in dark environments are blinded by the white screens.

extremely slow upload speeds. takes ages to get a video to upload to my reports. took nearly 30 minutes to do the last one. and you can't exit app and let it work in background because it stops working if you do. so your phone is useless to you while it's uploading. I'd like for it to at least be able to work in the background so I can do other things while my reports are uploading.
