It's been over 3 years that I've been using this app, and it's been delivering 100% till today! The simplicity of its UI is excellent. It's the only app on my phone that I haven't found an alternative to. You got 5 star from me all day, buddy!

Stay away Cos of the bugs in the softwa. I was able to request for the signatures and once the signing process is done the file couldn't be opened in pdf. The other issues was that randomly the fillable spots disappeared. While talking to the support they said that the problem was caused because of some issue in the system which needs fixing with some big updates which may come next year. So I would recommend to try the app next year in the free trial mode before you commit to the subscription.

Hi vincent chacko, we have looked closely into this issue and found that it only happened to particular files. We suggest generating your PDF file in an alternative way to create the signing task. As for the fields issue, we'd like to know more in details. Please provide the task ID and the file to

Absolutely terrible!! I'd rate it no stars if there was an option. I spent over an hour completing two forms only to find that when they have reached the recipient, they are in no way signed or filled. So deceitful that it shows on my device one way and to others is distorted, messy and completely redundant! Thanks.

The last update is awful 😖 When you finish signing yourself, it used to have 2 options the 1st one says save and share, and the 2nd one only saves. Now we have only save and if you need to share it which i usually need after signing you have to go to the completed tasks to choose the one you just finish and some time it takes sometime to appear then you have to download it then share which result in wasting a lot of time to do so. I simply wanted to be able to have my signature saved digitally so i could sign docs without having to print them off. I managed to create an account, save a digital signature: all simple. Then I try to sign a doc saved on Google docs. Bearing in mind I downloaded the app from the Google play store it's a bit ridiculous that although i can see the doc i can't actually open it to sign it! I go to help and can't get any. I'm in a hurry so to me the app has been a totally useless waste of time.

Hi Claire, we suggest you the following instructions of how to import documents to sign on your Android device,
1. Download your documents from google docs 2. Open DottedSign app 3. Click on "+" and choose "Create & Invite"
4. Choose "Browse" to import your documents from Downloads
