Xbox is my console, I love it. but this app has been trash lately. it wasn't so bad(for me) until they switch the remote/cloud play to the web browser instead of the official app. I meant those aspects run better on the browser rather than the app. if I don't the point of that. but that's not my issue. ever since that update. I haven't really been able to send message through the app. and that's kinda the only thing it's good for anymore that why the low review. cant get help from support either

I am having a few issues with the app. I currently have a Samsung galaxy note 9 os Android 10. I am trying to edit a clip and the app either force closes or just spins in saving it and then app closes. It has been showing everyone in my friends list offline. And I don't receive notifications for party invites even though they are turned on.

It was 5 stars until they made remote play on the web only. I think this is my first non 5 star review ever. I'll switch it back instantly if it gets reverted back, but just why? Why remove it? 9 out of 10 times that I'm opening this app, it's for remote play. On the web, the controls barely show up, it's slow, it sometimes doesn't launch.. there's a reason the app had it. Please, I beg, add this back.

App is great to communicate quicker through text instead of using the slow method of typing with a controller. Was good for parties until recently. I cant join parties through the app, and when I host one and someone joins either they cant hear me, or I cant hear them. As well as when we go to play a different game while staying in the party, I will get kicked from the party and have to create a new one. Please fix this issue, as it has erased one of the only two reasons I have for keeping it. Edited

it's good app I like being able to check on my account and friends on the go. my nitpick about it though the requirements for custom images. I get it needs to be a certain size. but I would like it to have an internal image editing tool to crop the image so It can fit the gamer picture size. so we can use any image regardless of its orginal size and edit it to fit it the gamer pic as we see fit.
