As a new comic book collector, I love this app. It is a little clunky and the U.I. isn't perfect, but Midtown Comics has an incredible selection of new and back issues of comic books. I like that many of the items are discounted, and the packaging of my order was very good and conisderate of the items' condition. I think I am going to be doing a lot of business with this app in the future. The only odd thing is that the 20% off discount on your first mobile app order doesn't seem to work.

Use the app and the website for preorders. They have great prices for preorders. The bags and boards leave something to be desired, but their packaging is solid, as of the last few years. Their customer service has also been lacking recently. They cancel orders or hold books and books you preordered at a discount are now only available at a significantly higher price. I was a big fan, but my confidence and opinion of Midtown has been declining significantly and quickly over the past few months Edited

"20% off your first order" doesn't work. I had sale items in my cart 9-10% off and one item at full price. The 20% discount did not apply to the order (as stated), override any of the sale items, or apply to the full price item. When I went to place the order, the app errored out and deleted everything in the cart.

It's very pathetic that I can log in to my account from the website, but I can't log in to the app because I get the error message "Login failed. Please verify your email and password and try again." This is why I stopped buying comics—same issue after 4 months.

Great company, app needs update. Icon and display needs update to work better with newer android phones. Icon shows up as too small in the circle. Android three button navigation doesn't show up against white background on bottom of app. Please update the app to be as high quality as the service!
