I have the same problem as libby green, the game is almost perfect but the only thing that added the word "almost" to this sentence is because all the other places are locked, except the lobby. This is why I gave this game 2 stars. Otherwise without these problems it is a solid 5 star. And if these things r not fixed, I'll definitely delete this game. Please improve these things 🙏🏻 Edited

Nearly everything in the game is locked, which is a shame as I was looking forward to the baby care unit. Also there is only one thing unlocked which is the main hospital. Not a lot of people have money so please make more things free! Other than that, the game is ok just please make more things free! People can't get money easily and it's just not fair. Maybe for a certain amount of time, a place could be unlocked for say, 3 days, then it will be locked again. Edited

i did not like this game, that is because in this game only one place is open, everything else is closed. If you open a place in this game then I will give it 5 stars. You should open the place in this game from the ad itself, this is my suggestion.😐🙃🤡 It sucks brother I'm totally broken😐I don't know why anyone would like this game, nothing is good in it🤡 Edited

this game is okay, but i HATE the fact that it does not let you change your style, doesn't let you go on any floors for free execpt the lobby and you only have about 5 people. Also its basically copying toca boca. and dont get me wrong i love this game, but the fact that on most of your games you only have a few places to go to and you don't get to change your avatar, just makes it horrible. So i suggest you change it please because at the moment thats the problem with most of your games.

I don't recommend this game. Only the lobby of the hospital is free with only like 3 characters. The rest of the floors are locked. They also make each separate floor on the map to make it look like there are more places. But really it's the hospital and a park (the park is so random lol)
