This has got to be the most unintuitive, unnecessarily complicated app on the planet. The old version was bad enough, the update is even worse. It should not be this complicated to check in a new person and group them as a household. Why can there not just be two buttons on the home: "New Here" "Search" - go from there. Instead You have to search for someone who doesn't exist to add them but then it still doesn't seem to work... Ugh. DO SOME USER TESTING BEFORE YOU ROLL THIS OUT

Sooo tried out the list function and found it to be more than amazing actually. The collection of built in reports is inadequate but you can do almost anything with lists. I was able to extract all the information I needed and quite simply too thank you. I still feel you could make built in reports better and use lists for more complicated data collation. But lists are amazing! Edited

I can check in at church on the ipad but I can never check in from my phone. I have an android. I've deleted and reinstalled the program many times and I keep getting the same error message of "too many redirects". Extremely frustrating!

It's not intuitive at all unfortunately. The training/help information for this app is not very good. Appears to be written by developers. Pick someone who's never used Planning Center or Check-in's app to write your how-to and training articles. They will inform you on how to improve it.

App is invasive. It completely locked up my device and there's no way to back out of it. Had to turn off device and restart. If I could give it zero stars I would.
