Currently, it will not open at all. (child with MMS) My phone is saying there is a bug with the app, and I will need to update the app once the developer creates a fix for the bug. So, as far as I'm aware, I will not be able to send or receive any messages via this app for the time being until it is fixed. Another thing about this issue that makes it more of an issue is that I can't even make the Samsung Messenges app, the default Messenger. Edit: (4/27) I just needed to un and reinstall it :/ Edited

I hate this app. I also have MMGuardian, and I have no privacy at all. First, this app is so laggy! Second, you have to leave the app to text someone else and third sometimes when you click on somebody to text, it'll lead me to the contact. And also my pictures would randomly disable. I also couldn't receive pictures. According to the app, when I send videos if claims the attachments are to large, even if it's a 3 second video. Please don't let your child MMGUARDIAN! ITS BAD! Horrible. My parents make me use this, and it just sucks. You can't send photos or pictures, and don't even think about GIFs. When you want to go to a different contact, you have to leave the app to go back. It's just ridiculous. I understand the concept of being able to see what your children are doing (especially with the original mmg app) but that's a bit invasive. It goes through EVERYTHING, and not just your kid's, even the other child's picture and messages. That's just weird. DO NOT USE!!

This app is awful! Doesn't work right most of the time, doesn't show your own responses in notification windows, forces you back to the home screen when replying to a text or marking read, and doesn't respond right half the time you DO use the app itself. This app is even more janky than mmguardian itself. I am appalled that this app is required to use text messaging. There is no reason for this, as I had no issues on my old phone. I hate this app with a passion and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The app has great functionality for monitoring messages and getting alerts from the parents' perspective however, as an actual messaging app it is subpar. Messages containing images and videos do not come through automatically. They stack up and require individual downloads. Often the downloading fails and attachments are never received. Edited
