I just installed this app and I'm already disappointed. Lots of info, but it's nearly impossible to read because it wants to flip forward and back while you scroll down the page to read it. I like that it has a tracker, but it was disappointing I couldnt just add foods in the app to the meal tracker. There's no association between your meal, your reactions, and the food - which to me leaves this pointless. There's no way to identify trends of what the triggers are, therefore ineffective.

this app is a good place to start with food intolerance, fodmap, or ibs. there is so much conflicting data on the Internet because most blogs rely on the individual's experience of a food item. not specific data. this app lets you know not only if a food item is an irritant but specifically what the irritant is. this feature was incredibly beneficial as the food composition I was looking for was specifically fructose. i saw so other program or data group that was as complete as this app.

This app is better than nothing but the stoplight system is rarely correct. An item might appear green but when you click it for a closer look, you see yellow and red in various FODMAPs. I find it kind of infuriating tbh. I also don't understand why there's not a set section of "safe" foods that have no FODMAPs. I've bookmarked them all into favorites for myself

Hi Jackies, thanks for the review. To reduce a high amount of restriction in the diet, we use the traffic light system to provide serving sizes that can still be consumed in step 1 of the diet (the green light). Foods may contain FODMAPs in higher quantities but the smaller quantities with the green light mean you can still enjoy these foods.

Diary Disaster! It cannot keep an accurate account of the food diary. The app saves on the wrong date and is impossible to use consistently. It makes it quite frustrating. And it would be awesome if the app communicated between devices but it needs to be entered separately. However the food info is great and will be helpful in transitioning into the reintroduction phase. But I am considering going back to paper & pen to monitor my progress since the diary is worthless.

This app is easy to use and helps me maintain a low fodmap diet. I was resistant to purchase it and used other apps, but I found that to be able to trust that the information on food amounts, stacking, and which sugar is the culprit, I need this app. I like the color coding system and the diary-symptom tracker. If I traveled, the multinational food look-up would be great. I'd like to be able to look up more food combinations, but overall, I'm thankful for the app.
