Just download, doesn't even start! I just downloaded the app, I open the app, and try to click to sign up, nothing happens, the screen is not frozen because I can scroll through the menu, but when I click to start nothing happends, never had that happen to me b4, my S8 is pristine, so I know it's the app!....that's wack, UNINSTALLED! WARNING: SCAM – App Still Active Despite Not Operational. Scam app!! I paid for a car rental, the booking was cancelled without explanation, and I received a voucher instead of a proper refund. Attempts to contact their so-called customer support have been completely ignored. No replies, never pick up calls, nothing. After checking online, I discovered many other victims reporting the exact same issue. It’s clear the company is no longer operational, yet still accepting bookings and payments

really was looking forward to using this app whilst in malaysia however they take far too long to verify a license. everything else went quickly. the most disappointing part is the lack of support, no one answers any messages or any calls. very frustrating

I can't even get past the first step, which is to load my picture for verification. After I upload a picture it just keeps loading, and loading, the circle keeps spinning but it doesn't progress. I've un-installed and reinstalled, still doesn't work. Help! Update I've replied you back on 3rd May, and I'll change my review once the problem is resolved. Thanks! Edited

So far, so good. Helpful CS team. Easy to find cars within my budget, rental process was smooth. The only thing I think needs to be improved is the price slider bar. It is hard to move the bar to the price range that we want. Other than that, it is a great app, better than other car rental/sharing apps.
