The app started to open by itself. It did this once per minute. Then twice a minute. Then every 10 seconds. Then literally every second. I was just about able to get to the desktop to lean on the icon and uninstall it. I wasn't sure if this was my phone or the app, but two days later it happened on my wife's phone too. We both have a Samsung A15. We are flying with Volotea next week. I think we will be checking in on the website and using snapshots of the QR code rather than using the app!

The app is not transparent. Volotea uses catchphrases to skirt around the fact you are in overbooking, and even getting in touch with them doesn't allow you to get a clear answer. Know that if you are ever trying to check in online, have no assigned seat and it's not letting you do so to get your boarding pass, the flight is overbooked and you might be unable to get on the plane. I strongly recommend checking in super early and paying for a seat if you can't get the boarding pass.

The app has many bugs, mainly 2 that are really annoying. the first one is that when I click on a menu ( the app does not detect I am connected and does not show me my information, I have to try multiple times. The second one is that the app opens everyone the NFC of the phone detects a card.

app loads likes its a webpage, you have to wait for every page to load, sometimes significant load times. the app also opens on its own and brings itself to the forescreen, randomly to let you know deals etc, which is both invasive and feels creepy but also interrupts other things like you tube or web surfing.

It s not easy to make a user friendly app, but the ux of this app is one the worst i ve seen, i still don t understand how we can see the price of a flight with luggage without entering informations it s crazy, it s glitchy, it ask multiple time to enable location despite having approximate one enabled and so much more, there is no way it was tested before
