The new version does not come up, it keeps complaining about "lost connection" which is rubbish! Please get your acts together and come up with a decent fully functional application!

The new version of the app is slow, laggy, and often won’t open properly. I’m very disappointed with its performance. not only has nothing improved, but it has actually gotten worse. Aside from some visual changes, the functionality is poor. The previous version was better. I regret updating after all the pushy messages from Irancell. though honestly, I didn’t really have another choice, because if I didn’t update, the old version would shut down and become unusable.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It is so delayed that it is impossible to open it without trying 3 or 4 times (or more). jumps out during the payment process. The refresh is very slow and needs to be reopened often. After about 2 years of daily effort in the egg bonus section, I just received an absurd bonus.

This app is a complete disaster. Slow, buggy, and utterly useless. Even buying a simple recharge turns into a nightmare. It's like no one tested this garbage before releasing it. Absolute trash.

Im extremely disappointed with this new app. The old app worked seamlessly, but this new app is nothing short of a disaster. It's a complete letdown to see a once-reliable app descend into this unusable mess. Also, the functionality has been severely impaired.😵💫 I feel let down by this needless overhaul. When a new app is supposed to improve a product, it's disheartening to see it achieve the opposite. Please work towards restoring the app to its former functional state.😑😑
