When it is working is great. But that is few and far between. Very frustrating when you rely on this app and system to keep an eye on loved ones. The sound goes out without reason. The signal gets dropped for no reason. Alerts are way after movement/noises. (UPDATE 2.0) Customer Care finally found the issue. We have a malfunctioning camera. Too bad they ignored us for over a year and told us we have now passed our warranty despite the issue happening well within the 1st year. 100% UNRELIABLE Edited

Great app except for one problem: when I go to video history the timestamp on the left is unreadable. My partner's iPhone has it working perfectly fine. I've tried restarting my Android phone and the app several times, clearing cache and storage, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it's still unreadable after several weeks. Edited

This app just gets worse and worse over time. For something I pay a monthly fee for, it should be more reliable. To have it constantly cut out or go to "troubleshooting" view is really frustrating, especially when you want to ensure your child is okay. Cmon Nanit, do better. It's now April and this has not gotten better. Almost every night now, the video stops and I'm presented with the Network Connection screen. We have 2G fiber and the nanit is connected to the same wifi as our phones. FIX IT Edited

The app is so buggy, on top of an expensive "membership" plan for an already expensive monitor. First of all, the display is horrible. The camera is not very well secured on the stand, and you can either mount it or put it on a shelf top type of stand. No clip ir other form of secured display. The floor stand is an additional cost, if thats something you were interested. I hate this monitor so much and hate that I didn't do enough research before I let someone gift this to me. Not worth.

I love the app features. what I don't love is today is the 2nd time in a wk that my app has disconnected from my network. I firmly believe that it is an app problem & NOT my network bc when I look at what is connected to my wifi, the camera shows up. I had no wifi issues where it shut off or anything. so there is a bug in the nanit software and they need to fix it. bc it's honestly a cussword that I pay for the milestones premium sub and I lose out on video and features bc your app screws up.
