Wow, an absolute game changer! We have a fairy young boy who has become addicted to screens. All his attention went to electronics, and gradually shifting all his priorities towards them. We tried few mainstream Parental Control software from big tech vendors as well as some leading 3rd party ones. You end up setting up arbitrary limits and end up with an angry child. This allows kids to earn extra screen time, completely changing their behaviour, leaving them feeling trusted and in control.

Our kids are tech savvy and ingenious when it comes to work arounds. Screen Coach has helped us manage our children's screen time, finally something that helps curb YouTube addicts! The results have been fantastic. The boys are proactive with helping each other, around the house and more. What else stands out is the customer service. So friendly and responsive. I highly recommend ScreenCoach to any parents looking for an effective way to create a healthier screen time routine!

Following an unrelated phone restart, my device started vibrating as if receiving a call, despite no incoming call. A persistent, unremovable ScreenCoach notification appeared, stating that disabling it would negatively impact other apps and advising against it. As I hadn't yet used or configured ScreenCoach or even opened the app, ever, this unexpected behaviour was both troubling and frustrating. I uninstalled the ScreenCoach app. Edited

Hi, a couple of months ago we released a fixed that should resolve this issue which happened on some Samsung devices.
This happened when something else wakes up the phone while it's on screen lock and then ScreenCoach said you can't use it now.
If you could please try it again, that would be great

I highly recommend ScreenCoach! It has been a game changer in my house as a solution for screen-time management. It rewards my girls for doing fun activities away from screens, get some exercise in each day, helps them form good habits, and gets them more motivated to help with chores. And best of all it's easy for me. I don't have to nag them or threaten to turn the wi-fi off in the house. They just go and do some activities for earning more screentime, then they put the request through.

This app is the technological equivalent of putting together flat packed Ikea furniture. My husband and I have spent hours reading the instructions, watching the tutorial videos and still we can't get it to work. Video tutorials by the creators have been done after updates were made and they don't match up. Contacted creator's and suggested fixes still didn't work. It's confusing to use and if you have to repeatedly study and refer back to instructions to work it then something is wrong.

I am sorry you had issues, there were some issues to do with some Samsung devices that has now been resolved.
There are many different versions of android operating systems, once reported, we quickly got a fix out.
