don't use this app. indeed for free gives better result. apan.co has given me 10 times better result. naukri doesn't provide candidate number . total waste of money . even customer support is useless. call can be done through app only and doesn't get picked. not even one candidate called, while on other websites I got 40-60 resumes . your app is frustrating to use. the results starts repeating after shortlisting 15 profiles, keep on switching tabs to get the new resulta, no filter for experience and don't let the mobile web to use.

Poor support from the customer care. If we complain about their failure they will find some other useless reasons and put blame on our head itself. Now about the candidates list which they are providing : Nobody will pick up the call, If they pick the call their response will be like "not interested for a job shift", "recently joined somewhere", etc. And another thing to say is some numbers of candidates are not relevant / their number temporarily suspended. how can we call to these kind of no.?

Was horrible. It is not at all recruiter Friendly. Can't call or email candidates. They don't receive mails. Helpline doesn't know how to solve any problem. Utter waste of money. App doesn't display all candidates. What's the point of using the app then? Most often irrelevant candidates appear. If one uses it they can expect to just post a job. Nothing after that.

Being a no. 1 job portal, we expect something better from Naukri app team. This is a dumber. The app does not have a proper resdex search display UI. The window just rewinds randomly making it very difficult to scroll to the same spot we were in. Very pathetic approach. There is no in page search option to move to where we were. Generally mobile apps needs to be more user friendly. But in Naukri recruiter app, it's a shocker. Lets see if you can hear us. Thinking of moving to other job portal... Edited
