Bring Back the Old App!!! Haven't gotten this App to work for me at all. I would still be using the old one if I could load it on my new phone. It just spins on "UPLOADING 100%" when adding a new receipt. Doesn't move past it. Crashes the App when you try to take a pic with 2 receipts in the shot. The filters for sorting the File Cabinet don't work. I have been using Neat for about 15 yrs. when you traveled with your own scanner. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with the latest software and firmware. Too many fields are unavailable in the new app. Tax is gone, and none of the products handles multiple taxes right. So now I get use the mobile to scan and the desktop to fix for nearly every receipt. The auto capture feature seems like a good idea, but it always takes it at the wrong time, and the item is skewed. I get releasing a totally new app, but can you make it at least feature complete with the one it's meant to replace? Old app is now disabled, so expect to use both the mobile and the website to ensure your documents are accurate. Edited

I expected an app that would allow me to scan receipts and classify them IRT to stay ahead of bookkeeping, rather than duplicating efforts by "matching" then classifying whenever tge information reaches your bank. This app does nothing your phone can't already do with a decent (cheaper) PC-based accounting packages, which are far more streamlined. Their tech support is prompt, but their claims of AI and accounting integration are way overstated. I'll be canceling my subscription. I

Many customers using our bookkeeping feature no longer scan receipts as their connected credit/debit card accounts stream the transactions into Neat. We do recognize you may prefer or need to scan receipts. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with our developers.

The new app is terrible. You no longer have the option to edit everything. The camera would half way capture the reciept, then read it wrong as a credit card payment when it was cash. Of course no option to change that now in the app. Had to keep retaking the picture and write in big letters CASH. What was wrong with the old app? It actually worked...

The app sucks. You used to be able to "share" a photo with the app to automatically import the image. That option is gone now. Plus, now I have to sign in every time and upload 1 at a time. The add/subtract doesn't work well It is just a little better than taking a picture with your phone and then doing a search for "receipts". Make the app as good as it used to be

Hey Leonardo, data security is a top priority at Neat so for faster sign-on, enable Biometrics or set up a password manager. Sharing photos to the app is not an option but you can click the Import button which opens to your phone gallery. For more on the Neat Mobile App, see here:
