To echo some of the preceding reviews, after agreeing to a one time pay, I get the surprise of having to commit to a subscription, something I never agreed to when I initially paid for this app! Additionally, it was interesting to learn that my coworker, an apple user, did not have to experience this clear bait & switch! I have no interest in any new updates that come with paying additional costs. I would like to have access to the original app for which I paid for under the agreed provisions!

Hi Phillip, We agree we implemented this poorly. The apple update is about to be released which we hope to implement better after learning from our android experience. You can redownload the old version by selecting "why should I subscribe " in app and follow links and instructions to download. Also happy to refund, email us your purchase details.

Great app, bought it three weeks ago. All of a sudden it is making me sign in with google and does not recognize my subscription. Paid 9 $ and the app wont work now... seems a bit pricey to get 3 weeks of use for that price.... If this is intentional... changing from one time pay model to subscription, should grand father your original customers in. I deserve a refund otherwise, as i was led to believe that I was paying to use the app in perpetuity which is false advertising. Edited

Well..... Switched phone and had to re-download and low and behold...... Even though I paid for it before, it's not a paid subscription. Very disappointing to those of us who did the one time purchase before. This is my favorite regional app and I've recommended it to everyone because it was only a one time payment...

Application does not function on Google Pixel 6. Even after purchasing subscription, after hitting "Start" the only information is "Loading Data (0 B). This may take some time." Loading bar never progresses. Edit: Resolved only after clearing app cache and storage manually under phone settings -> apps -> clear storage / clear cache. Now functions well. Edited

I purchased the app and it was OK for what it was. All of a sudden, just recently, the app does not want to open unless I "subscribe" for extra money. This is a bait and switch as I paid for it once and now I can't use it. I subscribed and already a whole day later it does not open stating "loading images - it can take a while". Very disappointed with it. I am going to drop the subscription and delete it from my device.

In return for your support of our earlier versions you will be given your first year of the subscription for free. You can unsubscribe anytime during this first year and you will not be charged anything. The technical issue on downloading is resolved.
