awful. Tried it many times never work. I wish I can give it -100. Those who did the application are worthless. updates: I've been trying to use this app for over a year and still can't believe what app developer thinks. it is worst than before even after updating. why don't they use someone professional to correct this app i guess you should fire your IT team, for providing the worst service Edited

The app is THE worst app ever after the update. Now, i can't sign in to my account, and when i try to do that, it asks for otp sent to my phone number, and then i get nothing at all, even after 100 attempts!!! please get it right for once! if i can give it 0 starts i will not hesitate!!! Edited

Very bad application! Every time I request an OTP to proceed with my order and I never get it! it is really frustrating. Although sometimes the order goes very smoothly without even asking for an OTP which is even worse for my account security!!!! Edited

one of the worst apps I've had the misfortune to use. trying to sign in through either mobile or email is a complete disaster. they seem to be obsessed with captcha to the extent I thought I was logging in to something top secret. FYI, I'm not - this is an app to order water pass my thanks on to the development team for creating one of the most cumbersome and counter intuitive login experiences ever. good job, guys

The worst application ever. Even the website is not working. I try to sign in a lot of times with no use and it is not easy to find the products you want. I complained many times and the same thing happening for more than 1 year.
