I can't login at all. My login info is correct, I'm 100% sure. I used to be able to login, but now I just get a "login failed" whenever I try. I uninstalled then reinstalled but still the same issue. I tried a password reset, but the link it sends me to is unresponsive. I can't do that either. This app is currently broken. It wasn't always this way, 1 star rating till its fixed.

It's showing the wrong gender. I selected women, but it's showing men. It needs to be fixed. Edited

My saved password for the app was deleted somehow, so I reset it. Tried logging in with the new password and it says it's invalid. Thanks for nothing.

the tickets are almost useless, I really want the old system back where you can use tickets to gift and buy goodies

I'd be willing to give it a higher score save for the fact that I completely stopped getting notifications. I've made sure everything on my end is correct and still nothing. Ever uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This brings me to my next issue. When I did that, I lost all of my dms, not a single one was there when I opened the app back up. Fix your stuff Coco, this is bs.
