I am dissatisfied with your app. The app appears to be using the same name as a well-known computer application, which led me to believe it offered similar features. However, after installing it, I discovered that it does not have the same functionality and does not meet my expectations based on the name and description. Furthermore, the app promised a 3-day free trial, yet I was charged for the subscription immediately upon signing up. This is both misleading and unacceptable.
