The app is good but I wish it was more useful to me. It lacks a lot of functionality that could be easily added. Like possibility of monitoring the storage on your devices, seeing how much each drive holds right now. Giving you notification when device gets less than X% of free space. I know the program is more about security but why not make it an all in one go to place to monitor your devices when you are already connected to them anyway. CPU /GPU/RAM usage visibility too. Etc..

I can't believe that you are unable to make effortless subscription renewal, by implementing option to buy, change or whatever, with GPay or PayPal (or credit card at least!) directly from android application. It's 21st century, for God's sake! Instead, you're still forwarding your users to god forgotten "contact your agent by e-mail" kind of website service, so we can spend dozen of hours to achieve something that others do with 2-3 clicks. Jesus...

Connection error, 500 internal server error. App stopped working after renewing and upgrading ESET on my desktops and connecting them to myESET. Reinstalling the app did not work. Disconnecting VPN did not help. Error seems to be on their end. Otherwise they make excellent products. Long time user. 1 star for now until issue is cleared up. Edit 7/2/21 : Issue seems to have cleared up after an update. Thanks. Edited

I've been with you for dozen years at least, on my personal machines. Always recommended 10/10. Make it, for your loyal customers at least, make it possible to have more specific and neutral control over elements that can be fun to play with. If someone abuses it, it's their problem and they can be sanctioned. KaliL vibe, offense is best def. BUT! We all know that every system is penetrable and that there is no real security and if one is going to be targeted by entities - it is what it is.

In my opinion its user interface has excessive redundancy. It makes the app - ESET Home - seem more complicated than it really is. There are three different ways of getting to most of the individual subject matters. Why? That's a lot of extra code, which means more opportunities for a coder to make some mistake, and less time devoted to careful thought on the fewer sections of code that are actually integral. I think there can be an elegance in simplicity, but perhaps it is a matter of taste.
