cannot do anything except go to create event page. I am trying to see my ticket to an event

Hi Dana. You should try the attendee app to see your ticket, event guide etc rather than the manager app (unless you are creating your own event). You can get the attendee app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nexusconcepts.gomobileeventsattendee&hl=en
